I dealt with Andre at the Wellness Shop in Whitby and he was excellent. This was my 3rd hot tub and so I knew what I was looking for. He also took the time to share some tips and best practices a new hot tub owner wouldn’t know. The was exactly on time, polite, well spoken. “Purchased a 17.5' swim spa - $55k. Amanda was the sales rep. There is an issue with it, leaking from the pipe. I called and had to book a service appt through AI. This was May long weekend. They didn't get to me for over two weeks. Fixed part of the leak and needed it filled to return. “We own two Jacuzzi’s , one at home since 2010 and one at our cottage since 2021. We have only needed service a few times, because they are great quality products, but every time Greg has been amazing. Quick friendly service, always properly diagnosed and fixed right away. Would highly recommend purchasing a Jacuzzi from them as well as using their service team if ever you need them.”

“Almost gave 4 stars because the scheduling app could be more user friendly but when the techs arrive (used them twice so far) they make up for that because are very experienced, professional, and twice now have taken the time to provide ongoing maintenance tips, very valuable for me. They are not in a hurry to finish and leave, a true customer first approach.”

“If you need to email or call the wellness shop, you will get a fast response and your questions answered. When the technician comes out to your house they are extremely professional & courteous and show you things about your hot tub you might not know. I look forward to them coming out and leaving me with a clean fresh hot tub. I only use Jacuzzi products for our tub. They are the best products and priced very fair. A huge bonus when buying there products whether from the technician…”
