“Absolutely annoyed and frustrated. I was initially impressed with the service and the service rep who helped locate and order the part that was missing from my hot tub. Until over 7 business days past and I did not receive shipping information. When I inquired why I had not recived shipping information they told me actually that they didnt have the part I needed and were ordering it to their store for them to then ship it to me once they finally recived it.
