“First time we had to place a service call for the hot tub. Service technician Greg was excellent. He called before he arrived to let us know he was coming. He was very professional, friendly and informative, explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave me a couple tips on other things which was appreciated. Thanks!”

“Recently bought a Jacuzzi J-235. Amazing experience from point of sale until delivery. The sales staff was informative and personable, and the process leading up to delivery was helpful in keeping us up to date. The installation staff was on time, tidy, professional and did an excellent job. The tub works great - our whole family loves our spa. The entire experience has been wonderful.”

“My experience with Jacuzzi, from sales, installing, customer service as a hot tub owner, as well as with maintenance (we purchased Gold plan), has been exceptional. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just great. We had some user error issues (eg., foamy water) and customer service as well as our sales associate (Alaina) was right there helping us through. Getting chemicals from hot tub store is easy and quick. When products are out of stock we know right away, and are informed when they come back. Love the thank you notes on…”

“Jacuzzi Ontario sold me a hot tub 5 years ago. This was the best decision my wife and I made as Jacuzzi makes an excellent spa! We really enjoy the features and quality of the spa and Jacuzzi Ontario stands behind their products. We recently had a sensor issue with the tub. I booked an appointment on line and it was fixed within 24 hours! Service is professional, prompt and courteous.”

“We purchased a Jacuzzi J345, which was delivered last week. The sales process during the pandemic was still very easygoing and stress-free, and Alaina was wonderful to deal with. The company regularly communicated status of expected delivery, which we really appreciated. The delivery and installation were seamless and professional, and we were in the tub on the same day it was delivered!!! Love the tub... It is everything we wanted. As first-time hot tub owners we couldn't be happier.”

“Our hot tub that was tripping it's fuse, and I didn't have luck getting a tech from local shops (busy opening pools), so I found these guys online and gave them a go. Went through the steps to provide the info they needed, and got an appointment booked. They've got a great system to update you on your booking if an earlier appointment becomes available, and I got lucky and got bumped up and seen sooner.
