“A shout out to Stuart Burnett at The Spa Shoppe in Whitby for excellent, prompt service on our Hydropool hot tub. We’ve had our tub for about a year and a half, and absolutely love it. There were a couple of small issues with the clips holding the corner panels in place, and Stuart came out and replaced the panels with the re-designed versions the next day after I went in to ask about getting some replacement clips. “The full experience thus far has been amazing! From the great attention and care when I was looking to purchase my tub to coordinating timing to have it delivered, and making sure I was comfortable with the weekly care, to their responsiveness in sending out a technician when my tub developeda leak Right when the temperatures were plummeting. The technician who came out was very friendly, professional, and knew his stuff and did a great job of getting my tub back up and running.”

“My wife told me she missed having a hot tub (we've owned two) so we went shopping. The 1st place we stopped was TheSpaShoppe on Dundas St in Whitby (near Thickson Rd) and met James...quite the accomplished guy btw. As a Hydropool dealer he explained the various spas and features, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful...and not pushy at all. TBH the features in the spa were mind blowing, we chose a floor model which was new never used and it was delivered yesterday. Our previous spas were nice…”
