“My husband and I would like to give "thumbs-up" to FIXMYHOTUB. We have been using this company for several years. We do not own a Jacuzzi (HydroSpa - no longer made) and FIXMYHOTUB services our tub without questions or extra costs. After delivery, we were unable to use the app that was supposed to come with our smart tub. “Technician Andrew arrived on time and was very pleasant. He went about his routine like clockwork. He was very organized and made sure to remove all the used parts and packaging. “Extremely disappointing experience with this company… see the attached photos these are all the notifications we were getting from 1st month!!! Within just one month of installation, the hot tub started having serious tripping and power outage issues. The shocking part is that it was installed by their own electricians, yet instead of taking responsibility, they tried blaming our home’s electrical system, even though nothing else in our house has any electrical problem.
