The efficiently delivered the tub, were very professional and thoroughly explained the set up and operation to us. “Arctic Hot Tubs back at it! One of the arms of our hot tub cover ripped right off the tub. We were told they had a "stock piece" and they could use it to fix the one arm. Now the other arm has broken off and they are saying it's our fault for not replacing both last time. How they've built a tub where the metal arms rip right off and then charge the client twice is beyond me. Not even a discussion about how this might be covered by…”

“We had an issue with our hot tub pump not working. Called Arctic spa and they sent a very knowledgeable repairman the next day. His name is Ryan and he explained fully the required repairs and cost. We needed a new primary pump for our Arctic Spa Tundra model. This is the first repair in 6 years of ownership. The repair experience was a very positive one. Ryan represents your company very well. It felt overwhelming at first, but he guided me through the whole process and answered weeks of questions patiently. “Second time Arctic spa hot tub We just received our second hot tub from Arctic Spas. We had our first one for 16 years. Both tubs have a salt water system which I can highly recommend. It's easy to maintain, feels good on the skin and makes the water look clean. The quality of the spa is very high end. We enjoy using the tub year round. The service we received from Nathan @ the Vaughan store is outstanding. I would highly recommend getting a hot tub from Arctic Spa.”
