“The Sundance SPA team did a fantastic job from sales to delivery to installation. Great support. I highly recommend the team if you are shopping for a home sauna. Sue and Scott did a great job during the sales process, answering all my questions. The delivery scheduling and management by Bill was terrific. The delivery team of Roger and Alex were excellent; on time, quick, experienced, and completed the full cleanup. Thanks for a great job, everyone.”

“Purchased a 2 seater Finnleo sauna from Sundance. Just filled out a form and literally got one of the most attentive and fantastic sales and service experiences i could have asked for….if you are looking for a sauna or a spa, you can stop looking right now. Call this store immediately and say I want to work with “Michael”. I can’t say enough of how amazing my experience was. Michael, went over and beyond what is expected by a sales and service professional and that is a tribute to all…”

“We got our Hot Tub last Thursday and love it. Cassandra has been amazing, keeping us posted on the delay ( not their fault ) and the delivery. The installers were very good, professional and knew what they're doing. The electrician was very neat and did a great job. Cassandra's after service is also great and answers any questions or concerns promptly. Very impressed!!”

“After spending over $20,000 on a Sundance Hamilton spa just over two years ago, I can confidently say the after-sales support has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Both times I required warranty service, I was told I’d need to pay a $50 “warranty fee.” That’s absurd - I don’t pay a fee to get my vehicle serviced under warranty, and I certainly shouldn’t have to pay one for a premium hot tub. Worse still, getting in touch with the service department takes 48+ hours. When my hot tub…”

“Highly highly recommend Sundance. We shopped around and tried every other brand to make an informed decision, and Sundance was top notch. Scott and Mike made it so easy, answered all our questions and kept up with us to make sure everything was always 100%. Mike is the absolute best! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and always looking out for what would be best. Thank you for all the help so far and we’re thankful for the best support and top quality tubs.”

“Sundance hot tub, a wonderful product, we have been using it for 22 years, we recently replaced it with a new one. Mike was patient, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. He patiently and calmly explained how to operate, and any further questions that arose were answered quickly and efficiently. The service was excellent, the transportation and assembly, even though they involved complex logistics that included a crane and lowering the old hot tub and raising the new one to the 17th floor, everything was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.”
