  “Paying for their top tier platinum service and getting the opposite. Missed appointments, constant rescheduling, waterline never scrubbed during our drain and fill, and today we opened our swim spa to a dirty pool on the same day a monthly service call was marked complete. Staffing problems are not the customer's problem. Quality control clearly does not exist here. We have cancelled all services and are disputing the charges. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.”

  “Replaced my hot tub cover. It took a while to get the cover from the manufacturer due to (custom cut out) but when it arrived there was no cut out and it didn’t close properly. The cover leaks consistently. The foam between the two cover halves is thin and doesn’t go the full width. After 1 year it’s already heavy from absorbed condensation. The sales person made vague promises to fix a few items to convince me to buy with him but didn’t actually do it.”

  “Worst purchase experience and even worse customer service. Within one month of buying the hot tub, it started having electrical tripping issues. It was installed by their own electricians, yet when the problem happened, they immediately tried to blame our house instead of taking responsibility. The sales team made promises about support and return options at the time of purchase, but once the issue started, nobody responded properly. Calls for a manager callback were ignored, our messages and screenshot proof were not acknowledged, and now they are even trying to…”

  “The folks at Jacuzzi have been such a great help, from initial purchase of our Jacuzzi J485 back in 2021 and continue to provide the best service when needed. We recently had an simple LED issue, which when I called to ask for assistance, they provided immediate attention to my needs and service was onsite with a few days. Andrew, the Jacuzzi rep, who came over was just fantastic. Answered all my questions and provided excellent going forward advice with water balancing and other tips to continue enjoying our Jacuzzi.…”

  “Truly impressed with my whole hot tub experience with Jacuzzi. The tub is superior quality and I love the hot tub. I have been in it everyday since receiving it and already have seen positive results for my back and overall general feeling. The whole process with the wiring, the deliver of the tub and the installation of the gazebo was seamless and happened in a very professional and efficient manner.   “We experienced a fault in a high temperature sensor on our Jacuzzi hot tub. Initial service guidance was provided over the phone in the event it could be remedied without a service call, but we soon learned it would require a technician. An appointment for a service technician was made, however, a few days later the tech was nearby and came to perform the service 5 days earlier than expected.   “First time experience with this team and I can say I’m very happy with the service and outcome. We purchased a house that included a beautiful outdoor Jacuzzi but have no experience in running or maintaining one of these units so the advice and service provided by this team was invaluable.
