“I bought the Spa Ball and it works amazingly I bought it mid August and I just bought my 2nd one December 5. It keeps my hot tub crystal clear. It collects body oils and keeps any scum from forming around the water line. I highly recommend buying it to anyone who owns a hot tub.”

“Average experience. As first time pool owners we expected a full service pool opening for the $750 price tag, but were told the solar cover would only be reinstalled if it was already on the roller from last season - something that wasn’t communicated upfront. Instructions said to leave the cover out for the service tech, which made that confusing. We were then quoted an additional $120 just to trim and place it. From what I’ve since seen online, the pricing also seems high, especially considering some of our own…”

“I brought my Dolphin pool cleaner to this store because it was not operating properly. After having it for about two weeks, I was told that the motor was blown and that the repair would cost more than $600. I was given the option to proceed with the repair, buy a new unit, buy a refurbished unit, or pay a $33 diagnostic fee and take my cleaner home. I chose to pay the $33 fee and pick up my cleaner. “Our 1st pool has been purchased and installed. Very polite, friendly and professional staff. They have guided us right from scratch. It takes time to cover all the bases, but the final product will be sweet! Looking forward to the completion and taking the 1st dip”

“Bought an electronic device and started acting after 3 months. Went back to the shop and they refused to change it . Instead they tried to sell me more additional option and said they will contact the manufacturer and let me know . Never heard anything of course. But wouldn’t trust them now with a $10k hot tub if they can even replace or fix a $60 device .”

“There was a lots of parking in the front, the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of darts and accessories. You are also able to test out darts if needed. Many pools tables, ping pong tables, hot tubs, pools and supplies and lots of game room paraphernalia. Perfect shop for all your game needs!”
