“Mirage pools was the only company out of five that provided us with a viable solution to repair and update our older pool. Andrew Hurley provided exceptional customer service and was always very responsive to emails and phone calls. “I've been with Mirage pools for years and they have never disappointed. I've run into some very complicated issues with my pool heater and being on propane in North Burlington, but they've always found a way to fix the problem or to get the right people out here. Their maintenance people are also great, absolutely zero complaints in the last 10 years. My pool is always sparkling clean and they always leave a report of what they did when they come. Highly recommend.”

“For the past number of years, I’ve gradually moved all of my pool owner needs over to Mirage. Quite simply, I really trust them and they treat me like family. They are there for me when I need my water tested, have had to purchase new equipment or when opening and closing my pool. They are very professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. In addition, they always leave my backyard clean and tidy. Good old fashioned quality service! Really! It’s the way that all companies should operate. Thanks again…”

“All of the staff at Mirage Pools are top-notch when it comes to customer service. We recently did our pool liner and heater. Viola, Jeff, Andrew (gas technician) are all amazing to deal with. They even go as far as to check in after service issues to make sure we are completely satisfied. Highly recommend this group to anyone looking for pool companies.”

“My recent experience with Mirage Pool Services for pool opening, vacuuming, and cleaning has been very disappointing. Compared to previous years when Pioneer handled the service efficiently in a single visit, Mirage has required multiple visits - yet the pool remains inadequately cleaned. Not only have I been overcharged, but the quality of the service does not reflect the time or cost involved. Despite claims that 5-6 visits are needed, the outcome after each visit does not justify the additional charges. It seems excessive and inefficient. This approach might work…”
