“I have used Ultimate Pool for years for equipment purchases and a new liner. However, recently they exceeded their excellent service level. My robotic cleaner died shortly after the 2 year warranty expired. After diagnosing the problem, without prompting by me, Ultimate contacted the manufacturer and persuaded them to cover the cost of a new motor and labour under warranty. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Grant and Brian!”

“The team at Ultimate Pool Service is great to work with. Brian is always available to answer your calls and when our pool liner install was delayed. They ensured the job was done perfectly over a weekend to get it completed for our family party. They went above and beyond to help us get the pool Back up and running. “The true testament of a great business is not the experience you get when you purchase something but how they treat you when the product needs support. I bought the Dolphin S400 last month and it had some issues from the start. I went back to Ultimate Pool Service more than a month after purchase and Lyndsay and Isabella went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot on the spot (even though their actual tech support team was away!).
