“I very sincerely do not recommend this company and we will never use them again. As business owners we are appalled at their lack of professionalism and the quality of service is abysmal. We were apprehensive about even taking the time to share a review given that this company deflects blame on every poor review it receives rather then correct the issue. We have attempted to voice our concerns by calling but we are always met by a rude customer service rep who has no answers and says they'll call…”

“I had Total Tech quote and install new pool linear after 17 years of using the original from Pioneer Pool. No surprises, as liner came in on time, as described and they use only 30 gauge vinyl. The installers cleaned and vacuumed the pool twice before installing the new liner. The crew stopped the process after seeing a small pebble about the size of 2 grains of sand and removed it and continued. As a result, the liner was installed without any wrinkles and with new jets , skimmer plates…”

“Couldn't be more impressed with Total Tech Pools. My heater died suddenly and needed a railing installed on my pool as I had some recent falls and have become very unsteady on my feet. They were quick to respond and helped me immensely. Within a week I had a brand new heater and the railing installed so I can still use the pool for my physio. I'm so grateful to everyone there. Thanks so much! Couldn't recommend more....”

“Way beyond my highest expectations, since we found total tech, my " peace of mind " has returned. I've had swimming pools my whole life, money pits. Knowing this, at least my money is well spent when I needed to replace my liner. The attention to detail was completely new to me, my previous liner replacement was 50% more expensive and didn't fit anything like it fits after hiring Total Tech. The most professional organization that I've ever found in the pool business and 2nd isn't close.”
