“I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. We have many vendors who come to our home weekly to perform various services, and every single one works autonomously while they are around, however York Pool Services took issue with us when we were not able to be present during work hours. On top of that, the communication felt dismissive and even condescending towards the end which was not appreciated. I do feel that any vendor should be able to recognize that…”

“After five years being with a pool company this year we decided to try another pool company. I saw York Pool Services flyer and called them and decided to go with them. Now Mark is our man. He and his team were very experienced and careful. They didn’t rush the process of opening. At the end Mark provided us with a full explanation of how the pool equipment and pool system work. “I have had a pool for 14 years, and I can honestly say that, since using Mark Leaman and his team at York Pool Services, I've found them to be the BEST pool service team that I've had. They are both honest and knowledgeable, and my pool has never been better. As long as you listen to their advice, and not ignore it, you will find that all of your equipment (filters, pump, heater, etc.) and liner will last you a long time. “Mark and his team are like no other. I have been using Mark since building my pool in 2018 and he is an absolute genius when it comes to pools. He has been able to resolve issues that my pool builder could not figure out. I highly recommend him and his team. I couldn’t imagine owning a pool without Mark and his expertise.
