“I cannot say enough good things about the technician they sent to find and repair a leak in my pool's water system. He's not just a person who can find the leak. But he cut out a ridiculously small hole in the concrete surrounding the pool in order to repair it. Then squeezed himself into that hole to fix the problem. He deserves a medal. And I realized that I've never done an honest day's work in my life compared to what he does every day.”
