“Whitaker Pool has opened my pool the last 15 or 20 seasons. They have changed the liner twice and 2 seasons ago replaced my original (1977) filter and pump. Over the years they have detected and repaired leaks in the suction line. Service always good, staff friendly and never a cause to complain. I have the water tested about twice a season and always good advice available.”

“Initially I have dealt with Whitaker Pools 13 years ago. We ordered a new liner and a flex pool cover. Dealing with the company was seamless and the installation of the liner went on time and flawlessly. We have enjoyed the pool for 13 seasons now and just this year (mostly due to heavy icing during the past few winters) we saw a few spots where the liner came off of its track. We were unable to re-track the liner ourselves using the old proven "cattle" method, so we made…”

“I had a very bizarre, terrible experience with this place. I scheduled a pool closing and without providing any reason whatsoever, they called me to tell me that they cancelled the appointment. I live down the road, my pool is less than five years old (built by Betz), and landscaping around it is pristine so I can't understand any reasonable issues for cancelling.
