“Had this company maintain my pool for three years. Within the three years the pool pump had failed. Due to them not opening the pool properly last year and the pump running dry. And now the heater is broken which is due to improper balance of chemicals. Had them maintain the pool weekly. I paid for both the new heat pump and heater. This company never once tooled any responsibility for the issues or offered me any sort of reimbursement or complimentary maintenance because of the thousands of dollars they…”

“Seems like a regular offender, I noticed you have multiple complaints about reckless drivers in your company vehicles. Imagine a pool services company's Google rating drop because of how they drive on the road. I'd put that under preventable damage. Totally unnecessary right? Your driver loves to make several lane changes back and forth within a span of few seconds. Doesn't care about cutting off other vehicles, was using intimidating tactics like tailgating several vehicles and flashing headlights aggressively. Not a great way to represent the company. “Very knowledgeable about how to get the project done start to finish. Ours was especially tricky due to the water table level at the time and constant filling up of the pool. Easy payment system. Prompt communication at every step. Crew worked hard and were neat going through the garden.”
