“My wife and I purchased an inground pool from Dave Hrycyna around 7 years ago. Since then, I have pretty much gone to Pioneer exclusively for any pool needs. I have called him to ask general questions, and when needed, he has just offered to troubleshoot the issue himself and come on over. “I have been dealing with Pioneer Pools and Dave Hrycyna for many years. Dave has proven to be a very honest broker on my behalf in handling some difficult warranty issues. He went above and beyond to make it all right, to my total satsifaction. As far as pool supplies go, I find Pioneer to be very reasonable, well priced with friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. I have no problem highly recommending Pioneer to anyone.”

“Just want to say after they rescheduled me from Friday to Monday because of a glitch in their booking system that the two men that came today, Perry and Mikhal (sorry for spelling) were amazing. They were extremely professional the entire time and even rolled my very large pool tarp very neatly! One star off because of the glitch, but otherwise great service!”

They have always been very helpful and informative, even providing referrals for help outside of their scope.
