“We just got our new pool installed last year by a reputable pool company, “Boldt Pools” and have received service for minor issues with the installed liner. Boldt Pools utilizes Vinyl Masters for their warranty and repair issues. They are by far the most knowledgeable company from what we can see. Their service and work is impeccable. “Boom, Scott and his team have saved me $$$$$ on my pool liner. After speaking with a previous pool company and they were here for 5 mins (on his own, in my yard) looked at the 20x40 L shaped 3 tier pool and left. Was told I needed a new liner due to the creases that formed. The orignal installation "Pioneer" (it's only going on 8yrs!!!) 15 yr liner! I know you may not get 100% but at least 75%-80% wear/ tear. We have used them also for some smaller requirements and customer service has always been great! “I was recommended to use Vinyl Masters when my pool liner was unable to be fixed. They were so amazing! They found and fixed a leak that i have had for more then 10 years.
