  “I bought a Jacuzzi hot tub (J345) in 2008 and have had it for 5-1/2 years without an issue ever. We just experienced our first repair and the gang at fix my hot tub were great in getting the appointment set and getting the service done at a reasonable time and amount.   “Asked them to come and set up by Hot tub! They ended up charging me for parts that they did not have in stock. Its been 3 weeks and I have followed up multiple times but they have neither communicated nor delivered the missing parts but were quick to charge me for it.   “would give less than a star if I can. Totally unfair service only interested to collect all those deposits they take. Technician comes in and says I did not meet their criteria when clearly i had 2 ft of accessible tub from all sides, power available and water ready.   “From the initial phone call, to meeting the technician on site all staff are knowledgeable and personable. I received same day service and the cost was quite reasonable.
