“Used PCP for the very first time this past week to close my pool. Brent and Joseph came highly recommended and have done excellent work in the neighborhood from what I was told. Trevor and Graham came by and helped to do a full close. Being a first time pool owner, they were patient and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. “Stay away! Complete rip off! The guy at the front, I think his name is Joseph, is rude and condescending, acts as if he’s the owner but is not. See photo attached, they charge double to clean your filters because they claim to do it much better and use higher quality chemicals, meanwhile there soaked in a used pool chemical container that doesn’t even cover half of the filter. Stay away! There are much better place just 2 min away from there. Don’t trust them! Please take it from me,…”

“Joseph gave me the most appropriate pool pump advice of all the pool stores I visited in Oakville this summer. My pump developed a small leak, so I went shopping for a replacement. Joseph from Pressure Clean gave me an estimate for the right pump and pump size for my pool where other stores just wanted to sell a one size fits all product offering which would have been much too big. “I hired them last year for pool maintenance. I was a very new pool owner. The work quality was fine but they charged me $250+tax just for chemical per month apart from $320+tax per month maintenance visits cost. I.e. around $650 per month for regular pool maintenance, insane amount of money. Also, once I called them when my pool was leaking.
