“Staff over the phone were extremely helpful in getting my supplies in from the warehouse despite a snow storm closing most other stores. Everyone I talked with were kind and helped me process my request. Would recommend giving them a call to see if they can help you complete your project! Thanks again”

“This is the best pool supply and pool service store there is. I’ve been going here for 3 years now and they’re so good at teaching you what to do that I completely stopped getting pool services because they teach you everything and they test your water to tell you exactly what to get and how much of everything you need to put in. They also provide free chemistry classes to educate their customer. Not to mention how nice and helpful all the workers are.”

“I went to go get pool chemicals and test my pool to help clean my pool. Service was alright but the employee was very rude and unpolite. he sort of mocked our knowledge of pools and also didn't know how to act profesional, he acted like it was the end of the world after doing the test for our pools and made us feel like we were doing something bad. this really bad customer service would never go again. literally sometimes it just takes a polite and professional guy to…”

“The best thing I ever did for my pool was switching to Richmark/Vaughan Pool Supply. Mark, Lisa and John are a pleasure to deal with. The Pool School I took helped me understand the chemistry behind crystal clear water and everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!”
