“Solar blanket failed at 2 years, 2 months. Warranty claim approved… then they wanted 70% of retail + shipping, which was more than buying a new one on their own site. That’s not a warranty - it's a deterrent. They had a chance to help and chose not to. Won’t buy here again.”

“Do not buy from this seller on Amazon. They charge a 50% restocking fee for any refunds on products that don’t work as advertised. The seller had not been amicable to resolving the issue and I have now had to escalate to Amazon.”

“Ordered a winter cover. Four days later they cancelled my order without any explanation or apology. Took me 2 days of unanswered messages and phone calls to finally get a response. It was from Dave who informed me the cover was out of stock (even though it showed in stock on their website). He said I was informed of this through PayPal, which I wasn't. I asked Dave if they had any winter covers in my size but unfortunately did not receive a reply. I guess they didn't or Dave…”
