“I recently bought a replacement pool pump (Carvin Magnum Force V Variable Speed Pump 1.65 hp). I went to the store specifically for this pump. Staff was courteous and efficient. I encountered a slight issue with the base of the pump so I reached out to them and they efficiently resolved with the manufacturer. I could get all grumpy, but sometimes things are not perfect. “Terrible customer service. I did my diligence to ensure that the products I required were in stock. Not only could I not order the items online due to their technical issues on their website, I was told by them to contact my visa, which I did and they intern told me that it is on the merchants end. Needless to say after one day of run around, I was told the items were being shipped and that they were in stock and I specifically asked for communication if the items…”

“My experience with Toronto Pool Supplies was frustrating from start to finish. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very limited product knowledge.
