“If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pool solar blanket online for pick up in Oakville. Confirmation email received ready for pick up. Get there, pool cover not in stock? Asked for refund said I need to call Head Office. Call them and email them and NO response. Called my credit card company to file a claim. DO NOT recommend! Funny enough, another lady came in to this store with exact same issue but settled for another cover.”

“In an area where there are literally 4 pool and spa centres within a stones throw, this company stands out. I regularly use their Oakville location and have interacted with Thomas on a number of occasions there. Pool and spa purchases are always painful from a cost perspective. I had to replace my 19 year old Jandy Lite 2 and was shopping around. Thomas was exceptionally patient and helpful. He made the process as easy as possible. “I went to the Speers location for water testing very frequently recently because my pool water has been getting really bad for the past month and needs to be treated. Every time I go there their staff is very patient. They do not try to sell me excess of what is needed. They often suggest to administer chemicals at a less rate then the test might indicate. I have also consulted with other pool stores, but I feel this store is the best so far.”

“We would like to thank Elmer for helping us at international pools and spas. We have never had such good customer service anywhere. Our18 year old hot tub was broken down, and Elmer helped us to find replacement parts and instructed me over the phone on how to install them. This process took several phone calls to accomplish and Elmer was persistent in finishing the job. We are so glad that we were able to do business with them. I would highly recommend them to anybody. “I spent a lot of money with these guys for a liner and heater. We had to manage the whole project ourselves with multiple delays even though we were told the whole thing would be set up for us.
