We were provided samples of the products to review and added more lights. We are very happy with the pool overall and liked the fact the pool was started in the winter so our summer swim season was not affected. “Awesome customer service. Turtle Bay knows how to build solid pools with a professional and on-time team! Their quality pools and finishes are top notch and incomparable to what is currently offered in the market today. “I had a pool installed 4 years ago. My initial experience was ok, with only a few complaints. My frustration, however, is with post-sales support and a general lack of interest when issue arise. I understand that it's now been close to 4 years, and my chlorination issue my not be directly related to their workmanship, but when I tried to reach out: 1) they never returned my voicemail 2) when I called again there was absolutely no interest in helping identify a possible cause, confirming warranties on affected parts,…”

“1 star ✨ is way too much!. Absolutely atrocious customer service. We called the company 6 times on a recommendation of our very good friend. Michelle (receptionist) took our info to pass along 5 times. Every time we called it was like the very 1st time she was talking to us. She didn't know names of their own staff and we never received a call back. Finally we got through and spoke to Creag(owner) who was very nice. He asked us few ordinary Q's regarding putting a pool next year…”

“I would stay away from them. My neighbour is getting a pool by them. It has taken 2 weeks to dig the hole! Jamison Pools did a pool just down the street and dug for one day and laid concrete the next. Can tell this is going to be a full summer of construction.”
