  “I’ve been a long time customer with Backyard Retreats. I recently upgraded my swim spa to a 17AX Aquasport from the 12ft FFP spa. Bjorn was very helpful in making it all possible without a hitch. Love my 17AX. Amazing swim experience with its smooth flowing jets. Self cleaning and so easy to maintain.   “After shopping around we went with a Canadian made Hyrdropool from Backyard Retreat. Why? Great service from Nick and his team at the store. Fair pricing and good promotions. Excellent follow through and communications with the sale and delivery. Just a very pleasant experience all around. I recommend them wholeheartedly. My only concern is Nick, the owner, is a Miami Dolphins fan. But he made up for that in other ways. Good job Backyard Retreat!”

Logan was super knowledgeable and really ensured that I went with the right hot tub for our family's needs. Even after the delivery, they have been checking in to see if I have questions, need help etc. A+++++ and so happy I chose them for my second tub. He asked me to come to the site. He showed me all the chemicals and how to use it. . The price of the tub was extremely competitive and the delivery and installation process was very well-executed in spite of the fact that it required a crane to pull off!!!
