“We had our pool and landscaping done by Jameson this fall. Overall a great experience. The onsite crews were great, all very friendly and did great work. Always cleaned up each day and made sure things were tidy. Looking forward to using it next summer! Office staff were always responsive on calls and emails. Would recommend Jameson for sure 👍🏼”

“Their jugs of chlorine have drippings on the outside, so as soon as you pick it up, even before you put it in the protective bag, the drippings easily go on your clothes. This happened to me today and there was zero customer service to accommodate, instead I was told that it was my fault for not being more careful. There are better companies around the same area.”

“We had Jameson build our pool last year and the whole process from start to finish was incredible. We got three quotes, all fairly similar, but what made the decision easy was their attention to detail and how well they understood the brief. Communication was fantastic throughout, the project was delivered on time, and Mike, the owner, was always on top of everything and available whenever we had questions. As part of the service, they also closed the pool for us, which went really smoothly. This year they recently opened…”

“The crew that was at our house this morning to open our pool was GREAT. I'm referring to Michael and Arturo and especially the foreman Yusman. They performed the usual opening tasks with cheerfulness and competence... and then they ran into a significant issue (our pump kept tripping the circuit-breaker). They could have just thrown up their hands and said 'You need to have a separate service call,' but they didn't. They took extra time, worked the problem, and they seem to have solved it. They went above and beyond…”

“I had my pool installed by Jameson in 2023 and it was a great experience, the pool is beautiful! Now, as a pool owner, I have discovered the importance of support in maintaining the pool and for that I cannot strongly enough recommend the service department at Jameson. Bettina and Ida are both wonderful to work with; they are kind, patient and efficient. “I couldn't be happier with the customer service of Bettina, we received for our first pool closing and opening! She kept us informed with the arrival time of the team of professionals. They arrived on time, explained everything they were doing, and made sure the pool was clean, balanced, and ready for the season. What really stood out was how friendly and responsive everyone was especially Bettina, answering all my questions and offering helpful tips for maintenance.
