  “I spent a little over $8,000 on a barrel sauna from Trinity Hot Tub Co, and the problems started right away. Within the first week pieces were coming loose and falling off. Less than 30 days in, the heater failed. From there the issues never stopped. Throughout the first few months, pieces on the exterior kept cracking, splitting, and falling apart. The company sent replacement pieces, but those also crumbled and broke the same way. We were constantly fixing something. On top of that, the sauna was losing hot air…”

  “We purchased the Vegas model and took delivery in March. Jay was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Everything went smooth from ordering the hot tub to delivery. We have been enjoying the hot tub for 7 months now and it has been great with no issues. The new model appears to be high quality construction with a stainless steel frame and quality Balboa components. Highly recommend this model and Trinity Hot Tubs!”

  “I have been meaning to write this review for a long time, but most recently noticed the extensive amount of rust residue on the fire shield below the woodstove, which is very concerning. I raised concerns with the owner of Trinity hot tub (Jay Lee)when it was first installed, and they said that they have no responsibility for installation as it was outsourced, at no time did they say that it was outsourced until I complained.
