“I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Ali from Thermex Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC had stopped cooling and the evaporator coil had frozen, leaving the system barely functional. Ali arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and addressed it efficiently. He explained the problem clearly and restored the system by correcting the refrigerant/operating issue, getting the cooling back to normal. “Ali was amazing and he went above and beyond the call of duty! No quick look around and a simple response of "this component is shot and not worth repairing so lets install a new furnace." He did an analysis of the issue with the furnace, checking multiple components and identified the unusual and perplexing issue. The final solution, luckily, did not require any new components or major repairs. Would definitely recommend him!”

“We started having issues with our gas furnace during the coldest part of winter. The first HVAC specialist couldn’t correctly identify the problem, so we were lucky to find Ali’s number. He was very thorough with his inspection and, although he initially diagnosed the issue correctly but couldn’t fix it on the first visit, he resolved it during his second visit.
