“I want to briefly explain why I’m rating this company very low and why I would not recommend using them. The main issue is that they never finished the job, yet they still withdrew payment from my credit card - without even providing an invoice. Here’s what happened: My hot tub began leaking, so I went to their store and purchased all the necessary parts (and more). I decided to not only fix the leak but also replace the valves, as they were no longer shutting off the water properly.…”

“After spending thousands of dollars at this store over a period of a few years, they would not give us a refund of 25 dollars because we did not have our receipt for a purchase we made one day earlier where the associate actually remembered us making. Disgusting! Blake the manager said “I told you not to loose your receipt as I can’t link the purchase for a refund.”All he had to do is give us a store credit which we would easily use on our next purchase of way…”

“Hello my wife and I have bought a new hot tub from international pool and spas. The customer service was awsome our sales guy Vince was amazing. The delivery was excellent, they walked us threw everything . We went last Saturday spoke with Vince he gave us our chemicals and explained everything. He even came to our house and made sure the tub would fit. Thanks guys it was a great experience”

“Don’t ever purchase from this business if you expect a common sense return policy. I bought a couple of items three days ago and tested it on my pool but it didn’t work for my system and wanted to return it. First they say that you can only test with the packaging on? Then they say that you have to pay a restocking fee. This business is unreliable and unreasonable. Buyer beware!”

They do have a sign at the front, new this year, that they do not want you to bring your emty container through the store. That I can at least understand some rationale behind although what is the harm in bringingan empty container in the store?
