“We placed an order for a solar cover and reel and at first had a hard time getting hold of someone to find out when it would ship. Luckily Mitchell took care of us. He called to let us know that the item was back ordered which is why things were taking longer than the website initially indicated. He left us with contact information so that we could reach out with any questions or if we wanted to modify our order. Thank you for being responsive to your customers International…”

“We recently had a pool safety cover installed by international pool and spa. From the time we ordered to installation the service we received was excellent! Any concerns or questions we had were listened to and resolved quickly. Pricing was competitive including discounts . We would highly recommend this company for any pool related issues. Any sales staff will always provide excellent service when purchasing a larger ticket item such as a higher end spa but I believe that it’s the after sale service where a company can shine or fall flat. “Great technician, but it took over a week to schedule a service call. The head office is a challenge to deal with, but once the technician came, he was amazing. Knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our tub quickly. So five stars for the technician, and about two stars for the head office. (The Mississauga store is awesome as well. Best staff and manager).”

“After purchasing a hot tub at a show, only experienced horrible services from that point on. Some lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional when trying to arrange delivery of the spa. Eventually the owner took over the matter and made things even worst. He kept on saying he doesn't need the business since he's in this business for many years.
