“Very satisfied with our new cover! Although our hot tub model has been discontinued for many years, the Cover Factory found the original dimensions and made the exact replacement cover. The only reason I didn't give them 5* is because I originally ordered the cover with 4-5 week delivery, then my existing cover collapsed so I tried to get a hold of them to expedite. “We bought a new cover from the Cover Factory and it fit perfectly. The workmanship was very good and it is much lighter than our old leaky cover. They also sold me some extra matching material so I could refinish the stairs on our tub to match the new cover. The old steps and cover were vinyl and I was concerned that the ProTex material might not be suitable for foot traffic. Omar said it would be better than the vinyl and I think he was right. “We purchased the premium hot tub cover and paid the extra $50 for expedited manufacturing and shipping. We received the cover in the 2 week time frame specified and couldn’t be happier. It fits perfectly and the heater runs half the amount of time it was running before. The cover is made from premium material and fabricated quite well. I was hesitant to order online, but it turned out better than expected. I Would 100% recommend The Cover Factory.”
