  “Have had the very large swim spa for over 5 years. Really enjoy it year round. Taught toddlers to swim in it! The service from Arctic Hot Tubs is excellent. Very helpful support people in Ajax. When needed they have come out to office with helpful knowledgeable technicians. Hoping the large filters will have replacement liners soon to save on wasting all the plastic. Love the Spa Boy and online checking of the water. Would recommend them!!”

The experience was great and I really appreciated the follow up emails to confirm the appointment details.   “If fixing the fountain on my Arctic Hot Tubs Tundra was an Olympic sport, I think we’d all be medal contenders by now! 😆 That said, every interaction with Arctic Hot Tubs has been fantastic.   “Excellent experience with the repair of my Arctic Tundra hot tub. Jesse, the Arctic spas support person, was able to get me an appointment in a reasonable time. Ryan M, the technician, came to my residence on the day promised and within 10 minutes diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate of the cost to repair.   “I bought my Arctic Spa Cub about 20 years ago and it is still performing wonderfully. It is so well built that I’ve rarely needed maintenance support from the Whitby/Ajax team, maybe 3 times in 20 years, but they have always been prompt and helpful.
