“Had filters cleaned.. poor job .. returned after 3 days (told ready the next day) no call their not ready. Just soaked.. not cleaned wet when returned. Bought part the broke twice. Poor quality part. Told manufacturers part... did research.. it was not. Ironically this is the company that originally installed pool. Will not be returning. I did speak with management about the service and poor service and parts. Told "it is what it is" with distant.”

“I could not be more pleased with Rob and the rest of the crew at Diplomat Pools & Spas. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Because of them, my family and I have enjoyed our backyard this winter more than we have in the last 30 years combined. The spa they recommended is running great, no problems whatsoever! I’ve had the spa now for 7 months (since Aug 2019). Thanks to Rob and Diplomat Pools & Spas, our backyard can now be enjoyed every season.”

“When you shop here, you are going to get very knowledgeable employees. They will take their time and explain everything to you. Ill admit, i have not gone and been told i don't require anything. However, i have had an incredibly clear pool for my first year of ownership and that is thanks to the staff and their recommendations. I have had a great experience every time with them and look forward to the spring when i see them again.”

“I purchased a Freestyle spa in the summer of 2019. I dealt with Drew who was pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable about their products. There was good follow-up communication from their staff as to when my unit would arrive and scheduling the delivery. They showed up at the arranged time, delivered the unit without issue, and came back once the tub was full to make sure everything was working well. I have always been treated well when in their store having water tested, whether I was buying chemicals or…”

“Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff are rude, dismissive, and more interested in making a sale than actually helping. I went in to have my water tested, knowing I only needed a clarifier - which they also recommended. A couple of days later, when the water was still cloudy, I called back. An employee I hadn’t even spoken to before launched into me, claiming she had already told me I’d need more. She hadn’t even tested my water that day. When I mentioned that I’d purchased some of my…”

“I called Diplomat about a minor leak inside my gas heater. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, and She kept insisting that she could see from her records that I wasn’t balancing the water, despite my telling her repeatedly that I balanced the water weekly. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all. She kept insisting that my heat exchanger (3 years old) was probably corroded and, for $210, Bremner would come out and “look at it”. “I normally don't do online reviews so I think this is my first! Ok these guys should get full 5 star for service, friendliness and overall helpful advice. I came in with a problem with my pool plumbing with a seized part. These guys were so awesome and helped me to actually free the part and gave me instructions on how to properly glue the PVC pipe and re attach the union & everything.
