“Sandra has helped me with my pool for years, and I've followed her wherever she works because she truly knows her stuff. Her knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment is excellent, and my pool has never looked better thanks to her advice. She's honest, professional, and never tries to sell products I don't need. I'm so thankful to still have her as my "pool girl" after all these years. Highly recommend her for trustworthy advice and great customer service. “Hello, what can I say about these fine folks. Pool owner for 14 years. Been using them since, they really came in clutch for me when I was replacing the water line to my fliter. Long story short. I cracked my threads on my water pump housing. Tavs pools had a used hayword body to sell me. It was such a grwat price so quick. The owner stopped what he was doing to get it ready for me within a hour! I was a company he saved me money but…”

“Sandra is the absolute best!! We have followed her from Bowmanville due the poor service & wrong information provided to us. Its worth the drive to see Sandra at TAVS she will never disappoint she knows her stuff, takes the time to explain in details you customers, she doesnt sell what you dont need. Well worth the drive for her customer service. Thanks Sandra for being AWESOME!! I'm glad we found you again, wont deal woth anyone else.”

“I usually open my own pool but this year I won a free pool opening from Tav at the Durham Home Show. What an excellent experience. The crew was fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Communication was great, I couldn’t recommend them more. Great job, I will definitely use them again!!!”

“Incredible team that is knowledgeable and gives exceptional customer experience both on the phone and in person. As a new pool owner, Sean and the entire Tav Pools team have been a resource that has been indispensable. Pool closing and openings- done as expected and on time!!!! This summer we will have them manage the pool chemicals weekly. They are just so good to deal with!”

“Always a pleasure when I shop here, excellent service and fair prices. The main reason I’m doing this review is for the pool opening service I received yesterday. They arrived pretty much exactly on time, and did an amazing job. Pool isn’t clear, but should be in a couple days. They took the time to make sure there weren’t any leaves left in or around the pool. It was a much better job than the company that did it last year.”

“Fantastic customer service! We had to switch pool chemicals as a result of a manufacturer shortage, Sandra took the time to find us a comparable product at a great price and took the time time to explain the new product in detail.
