“Todd and his team were exceptional. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There were recommendations Todd made throughout the install illustrating his knowledge and expertise. He could have simply did what I asked him however I noticed he's a guy that prefers things being done right and follows best practices for the long run! “After many weeks of calling and visiting many pool companies within Durham region and clarington I decided to go with Thursty Pools for my inground pool and hot tub needs. “We experienced a death in the family and a pool that didn't sound great, and now our family expert was gone. Thursty Pools came to our aid fast without hesitation. The pool sounded healthier first (of course it did! 😂) but they still came to make sure it wasn't fluke or needed anything. They didn't even charge us. “We have had a great experience with Thursty Pools. Todd was very pleasant, patient and responsive from start to finish. “We only started to use them for about three years . We had a pool for 30 years . We should of gone there sooner . Since we have been using their tip of shock and floc no other pool place ever said this we have a great opening of pool. We have been using their chemicals for pool and we never have issues with pool. We only need to vacuum once in awhile and keep treating . Ladies are always welcoming and very friendly .”
