“I brought my Dolphin Robot cleaner in met Kieran, great guy, left it with him, received an email that they are working on it, then was advised a new motor was ordered could be a day or two. Kieran called me next day and said it's ready to go he received the order early and got right to work on it as the weather was gonna be nice so wanted to make sure my pool was clean and ready for the weekend! Great service it's nice to see that there…”

“Maybe the most amazing service I have ever had! I brought in my robot vacuum that I had not previously registered for its warranty. They handled this for me. I left the machine for repair. Before I even got home (30-40 minute away), I got an email that my unit was repaired. I thought this may be a glitch in their email system so I called to confirm. Yes, it was ready for pick-up! The attached photo is my vacuum back in action. Thanks for everything!”

“Very knowledgeable, fast, and fair to deal with. Have an older model Dolphin pool robot and it stopped working. The owner diagnosed the issue the next morning and provided a temporary solution with several used parts that saved me hundreds of dollars. He gave some good advice about new robots vs repairing my robot. One of the best service experiences I’ve ever had and the most trustworthy owner. I would give 6 stars if I could”

“Took our Polaris down late in the day. We are from Brampton and thought we would need to come hopefully next day to pickup. He told us they would try to get to it that day. We had a couple of things to do and before we finished got a call repaired and could pickup. I would recommend their fast, friendly and efficient service to anybody.”

They even offered me a loaner robot if I needed it, thankfully the new motor arrived promptly so I never required it.
