“A 5 star experience with International Pools and Spa! Alex at the Mississauga location sent Elmer and his assistant to help me figure out a heater code error message. Not only did Elmer fix my issue, he shared tips and other important maintenance details for my swim spa. And, he made some additional recommendations for a new cover that were much appreciated. Elmer and his assistant were friendly and easy to talk to, and I highly recommend International Pools and Spa for anyone considering a pool or a hit tub.…”

“We recently purchased a new home with an existing hot tub and quickly ran into a slight issue. Not knowing much about hot tubs, we were referred to come speak to Alex, and he was amazing! Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process stress free and was able to get us back up and running. We’ll definitely be coming back for anything we need in the future!”

“Won’t recommend anyone this place. They’ve been in business from 30 years but there payment methods are so of fashioned you can’t even think of. Can’t take e transfer, don’t take bank draft or cert. cheques. If you pay by credit card they need to confirm for 3-4m5 business days and then release product, We had to take hot tub out of the province and he made every excuse not to sell it what kind of business don’t take direct deposit and e transfer. Either buddy wants to deal with…”

“We met a lot of people while making our year long decision to buy a swim spa for the family. This was big deal for us and we found Mike McBride to be very knowledgeable and generous with both his experience and time. Mike eased the process of buying and maintaining our new Coast product, which we are delighted with. We found Mike's guidance to stand the test of time and appreciated his replies to all our e-mails. “This is the go to place for all your swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa,etc needs. Staff are very knowledgeable and offer great advice on how to care for your purchase. My wife and I purchased an above ground 15' pool, had it installed and have totally enjoyed the summer with the kids. Mike McBride was especially helpful with the chemicals required and also with the closing process this fall. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received”

“First time pool owner, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. After a bad experience at another pool store I decided to try these guys, don’t hesitate to use them. As a first time pool owner Having a green pool can be overwhelming. The staff walked me through everything and as a result I have a crystal clear pool.”

“We bought a Hot tub at the Home Show in March 2025. It was delivered in June. I was concerned about how hard the hot tub was dropped during installation and assumed that was the reason for the broken Blue Tooth speaker connection. It turns out after two more maintenance visits from Recreation Warehouse, there is an issue with the BlueTooth hardware. In September 2025 I was told that there would be a retrofit of the Bluetooth hardware with in the next 6 weeks. Still waiting ... no communication ..…”
