  “3-stars because the web-site order system didn't work and it was going to add an excessive shipping fee to my order. But the price of the item was amazing! I never received a response to an email inquiry from the web-site. I ended up calling and leaving a voice mail for someone, who called me back the following week.   “What a great experience!!! Called up looking for light kit that I was having trouble finding. Reception answered the phone right away( which never happens at pool places during busy season) and transferred me to Tom. Tom reassured me straight away that he carried everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all his products.   “Purchased the wrong pump. I needed a single phase but purchased a three phase. I had already opened the packaging and connected the plumbing when I was made aware of my mistake. I asked Commercial Pool and Spa if I could exchange and cover any depreciation costs. They agreed but offered a straight up exchange at no cost. Best store ever.”
