I have the weekly maintenance of the pool and Yefrey did a great job at balances the chemicals and cleaning the pool. I am very impressed with Lenni and his entire team at premier pool group and feel 100 percent confident that I found the perfect pool company.”

Pre-payment is required, and we have been happy with the service so far. We own a saltwater fibreglass pool. They also installed safety cover.”

“I have worked with Premier Pool Group for 2 seasons now and my experience has been outstanding. I had some equipment issues that had not be resolved by the previous company I had hired but Premier was able to correct things from the start. Their team are very knowledgable, reliable and and a pleasure to work with. “Premier used to be great to deal with, but this year’s service was very disappointing. We paid about $760 for a spring pool opening. On June 15, Premier emailed us saying the opening was complete and that all equipment was operational. When I checked the pool, the equipment wasn’t running. I turned it on myself and the salt system immediately displayed error messages and wouldn’t produce chlorine. I contacted Lenni, who suggested two possible causes for his team not starting up the pool: (1) the water level may have been…”

“If I could leave a 10 Star I would. I was having issues Sunday Afternoon priming my pool pump. I reached out to Premier and spoke to Lenni . I was not able to get it going after our first discussion. So planning to just leave it for Monday.
