“I purchased a massage chair from Prime Patio and Spa and the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and wasn’t being upsold on anything, I explained what I was looking for and got exactly what I wanted. The pricing was phenomenal and we also discussed other future items I was interested in purchasing and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything I wasn’t ready to buy. What I did feel was that when I’m ready, they’re there to help…”

“Just bought my patio Furniture and a Red Light Sauna from these guys. They were super helpful and gave me a great deal. I had been looking for a sauna for a long time and they helped me find the perfect one for my needs. The best thing about these they deliver and assemble it for you. Very professional. Really happy with the experience and would definitely come back again!”

“I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do serious research before purchasing. From what I’ve observed, this business appears to have operated under multiple different company names in the past, which raises concerns about long-term reliability and warranty support. When you’re buying expensive wellness equipment, stability and longevity of the company matters a lot. It looks like they ran wacky deals to the ground and after 1 year started prime pallets and that doesn’t exist either. A bit shocked to have 3 different companies within 3 years. I wonder…”
