  “I bought my hot tub cover from these guys and it is less than a year old and it’s tearing by the straps. They said are they are not supposed to have any kind of tension on them. My hot tub is in the ground and I’m sure my pool man just grabs the strap and pulls it open. I think that the straps should be connected to the hot tub in a fashion where they don’t tear like this.   “DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ve had my hot tub cover for just over two years, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The inner seal failed, allowing water to leak into the core for over a year. There is rust building up now and leaking into our water. When I reached out to the company, they claimed it was due to chemical damage - which honestly raises more questions than answers. We compared their covers to that of the OEM, and were impressed that we could get a beefed up version for the same price. The how-to videos made measuring our tub easy.   “WARNING!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! We purchased a Hot Tub cover from this company in June of 2025, by April of the 2026, there was already excessive damage at the tie down points and other random areas. The seams and stitching are deteriorating inside of 10 months of ownership.   “BUYER BEWARE...Purchased the best hot tub cover and paid extra for vapor barrier and extended warranty, only to find out after three and a half years, the cover is completely deteriorating, literally. Submitted a warranty claim eitj multiple photos only for them to reply that it is "chemical damage" which doesn't make sense because all hot tubs use chemicals product. They don't stand behind their product. Don't waste your money, we paid $700+”

  “Buyer Beware! Cover looked ok when we got it , lasted less than 2 years , they do not honour their “3 year hassle free”!warranty !   “I bought a cover from the cover guys and recently went through a snow/ice storm that knocked out our power for 10 hrs. The temp outside was in the teens with ice covering the top of the cover. I was so worried with the power being out that long the tub would be cold and pipes would be frozen. When the power came on we opened the lid to turn the tub back on and to our surprise saw steam, and the temp was at 104!! The tub did not…”
