“We can't say enough about Arctic Spa! From Kayleigh selling us our new Klondiker tub to Cacy who was amazing at setting up delivery, answering every question we had and went out of her way for us. To Nadine who helped me realize it was Arctic with a "c" and Mike who came out to make sure our tub was running perfectly....which it was! You guys went above and beyond our expectations. We LOVE our new tub and the best part is its Canadian!!! Thank you for welcoming us into…”

“I had my Arctic Spa hot tub delivered last week. I was a little nervous that there would be issues delivering it to the back yard. I was wrong! Monte and alSteve were amazing! They made it look easy! Very professional, very helpful, They did a wonderful job, I am extremely happy and the tub looks great. Highly recommended.”

“Monty and Steve delivered and set up our hot tub in a very efficient, professional and easy to understand way. We had lots of questions as we have never owned a hot tub or pool before. They answered all our questions in simple layman terms. I would highly recommend this team. They are a 5 star plus. Thanks guys, you are awesome. 👏”

“Tyler and Jeremy travelled for 4 hours (each way) today to deliver our spa. Communication, top notch. Co-ordination with our electrician and water truck was seamless. Tyler and Jeremy's time estimates for set-up were spot on. No one had to wait around for something else to happen. Tyler and Jeremy are pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled, task-oriented and good Spa School instructors. Neither Tyler nor Jeremy faltered in their patience or energy, despite a very long day.”

“We are in the 8th year of our 2nd Arctic Spa. We had our first one from 2005 through 2017 and it was still working perfectly when we sold our house. The only issues we've ever had is worn out gaskets. Arctic spa sends someone out and replaces them and checks everything else out. It happens about every 8 years. It's around $250 for the service call. We run our tub 12 months a year. We highly recommend Arctic Spa hot tubs.”

“GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT STAFF! I purchased my hot tub about 1 year ago. We had just moved into our home and were doing a bunch of renos. We have always owned a hot tub in the last 3 homes we lived in. I have had high end tubs and mid range tubs. We really didn't have a high budget for our hot tub so I asked for a recommendation from Chris at Arctic Spas. He showed me my tub and said it was the best bang for my buck.…”
