“My trusty pool store, Cannonball Pools, Milton referred me to Sean at Pool Robot Guy. My Pentair Prowler 920 wouldn’t start for me so I brought it to Sean who diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and then showed me how to trouble-shoot if it should happen again. He didn’t even charge me for his time. Outstanding!”

“My Polaris 955 stopped working on a recent Saturday morning. My local pool supply store recommended the Pool Robot Guys and I was lucky enough to reach Arthur. He answered my call and invited me to bring it by. I told him I would be right over and, when it took me longer then expected, he called me to make sure I was coming and indicated he'd wait. I called him for information. He was very knowledgeable & pleasant to talk with. “I phoned yesterday to make an inquiry about this shop. I asked what the diagnostic cost would be and Shaun said $30. I drove out there only to find out that the diagnostic is $70. When I told him he said $30. He simply brushed me off and pointed my attention to a tiny sign that had the price of $70 written on it. Why isn't that posted on their website? He was very dismissive. I was not impressed with his quick and unfriendly demeanour. So much for "customers come…”
