They advised us through out the process, everyone involved in the project was professional and the project was done on time with no problems. They took care of every aspect of the project and were so easy to work with! We are so happy with the final product- we now have our dream backyard!”

  “Our experience with Pioneer pools was all around very successful. We felt supported and not pressured. We had good feedback from their experienced team and they helped us make good decisions. They completed the project in such a timely manner that was impressive. Even the team that came after to teach us how to run and maintain the pool was great.   “Pioneer installed our pool in 2015 and we were happy with their work. This year we decided to replace the pool liner. We took advantage of their 2025 anniversary sale for a good price and booked the replacement for pool opening in 2026. Pioneer installed our new liner at the first opportunity in May 2026.   “I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pioneer Family Pools. In 2025, a Pioneer technician came to my home to measure my pool for a new liner. During that visit, I specifically discussed an existing leak with him. Rather than recommending immediate repairs, he dismissed the concern and advised that replacing the liner in the spring would be the better option.   “I just want to leave review for Bryn Evans. I purchased a pool from him about 6 years ago. And he provided best customer service I have seen in years . And I would know, as I work in retail. He was amazing during construction, getting workers do things according to plan and schedule. After pool was finished he still provided support , even though he doesn't have to. But he still does.
