“We had a terrible experience working with Jameson Pool. 1 They built our pool. Their team has a big communication problem. After spending hundreds and thousands of dollars, they don't even tell you what's the plan and what needs to do next. You keep guessing till their accounting lady sends absurd costs. 2. Most of their staff is arrogant or rude. 3. They opened our pool for the first time. They charge a ridiculous amount for the least amount of time. Their team will not explain what they were doing.…”

“I have been getting my water tested at Jamison pools on Ford Drive in Oakville for the past two years. I've probably spent over $500 in chemicals during that time. I go there because it's close to my home but I won't be going there anymore. The service is horrible. There are a few girls that work behind the counter and all of them are pretty abrupt and dismissive, but the main girl is the worst. “Never choose this one.Last winter, we wanted to close the pool. When we made an online reservation, they asked me to fill in the information and said that we would reply to me. Then there was no news again. This year, we went to the store to make an appointment to open the pool, booked the exact time and paid the fee. As a result, no one came at the scheduled time.
