“This is the first sign of terrible service! I came to the store on Friday during working hours which are minimal and the store is closed. I tried to call the phone number with no luck. Good luck finding them when you have an issue with your pool.”

“Terrible communication. Took 2+ weeks to get our pool opened. Service tech's had placed our pump running off the spa when the spa was empty and left it. Pump nearly burned up once I realized the pool wasn't circulating. Got it resolved myself and called to let them know. No 'sorry' or anything. They didn't care. Fine. I won't be back.”

“I would give 0 stars if that were possible. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. There was a lack of transparency regarding pricing and services from the beginning. The price quoted over the phone was different from the amount ultimately charged, with additional fees being explained later as “separate” and not included in the original package. What was most frustrating was that these extra charges were not clearly communicated in advance, and my credit card continued to be charged without proper explanation. Customers should be fully informed…”

“Amateur Hour. New pump installed and didn't cut plumbing to the correct height. Their solution was a foam pad (packing material from a box) instead of re-pluming it correctly. A couple of years ago they supplied me with a new lock-in cover. This was measured incorrectly leaving huge gaps around the step cover letting winter waste water in to the pool. Wouldn't address the issue with the cover even though the measuring mistake was theirs. It's been a nightmare ever since. Take your chances, some seem to have good experiences.…”

“I dealt with Raj for almost 5 years - I have to say you only know how good a business is when you have an issue and not when you are buying products and services!! I did so much over the years from openings/closings/monthly service/pool light/diving board/heater...etc and now a very bad liner I'm stuck with Less than two years ago, I changed my pool liner. Raj at the time gave me an option for two brands and he said both of them are of good quality but he recommended…”

“We needed to replace the skimmer on our 40yr old in-ground pool and 8yr old vinyl liner. I took pictures and a video to show local stores. Pioneer wouldn't touch it because they were worried that they would have issues with the old-ish liner. Total Tech wanted $2500 BUT Branders said they could do it for $1800 or $1200 if I dug out the old skimmer myself. They did a great job and were true to their $1200 price.”
