“Met Beau at the warehouse and looked at several hot tubs. He was very professional answered all questions. Bought a new driftwood spa. Delivered on time seems to be a very good product. Beau was supportive during installation and was great at getting back to me quickly. Overall a great experience. Thanks Northside.”

“I found NorthSide Spas by asking Copilot what my options were for selling my used hot tub. I felt comfortable with them from the very first phone call. Copilot mentioned they buy used hot tubs (mine was in good condition), offer fair quotes and provide pickup service in the GTA. My experience was exactly as described and it was truly the best option for me to say goodbye to my hot tub. I hope whoever ends up with it will enjoy it as much as my family did. Highly recommend…”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Beau and his team for my hot tub purchase and I couldn't have asked for better service! Beau worked with me throughout the design process as mine was especially complicated (it was part of a complete rebuild of my basement, and for a tight space that had to be measured exactly), and responded promptly and with care any time I had one of my many questions. “Beyond Impressed with NorthSide Spas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for a hot tub, look no further! We bought a refurbished tub from NorthSide and the service has been top-tier. Even though we are an hour and a half away, they delivered it for free and everything was exactly as promised. The best part? “The folks at NorthSide Spas were amazing! Beau was particularly helpful when i went to purchase the plug and play hottub. When i bought a cover lifter Beau installed it for me.
