“I highly recommend master spas of Ontario sales and service because they put the customer first. We bought our spa 15 years ago and the service team provides excellent customer service to resolve problems such as talking me through in five minutes how to reduce the setting for the heat filter hours to stop the spa controller message “water too hot”. This solution of a trouble shooting call saved me the expense of an on-site service call. Winter weekly chemical checks keeps the spa running in great condition for the…”

“I had multiple issues with the location I purchased my Master Spa hot tub from. I contacted Alfred’s location and he assisted me when he wasn’t even obligated to. He knew the Master Spa parts I needed, answered questions about the problems I was having and recommended the solution and parts to solve the problem without selling me more parts than I needed. I will be calling his store when I need anything from now on. They are honest and know he products.”

“I interacted with this company a few weeks ago but website issues made the purchase I wanted to make impossible. During my interaction I took the opportunity to interact with their bot that states "I am a live person here to help". This is NOT a live person, this is a chatbot which was confirmed when I actually spoke to someone from the company which they said they were working to correct but since it has now been a few weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt but…”
