“The new cover arrived, and is a huge upgrade for the cover I had. Good quality materials, stitching seems strong and it fits my hot tub very well. Overall very satisfied with the product. When I ordered the cover, I knew that the product would have wait times as covers are in higher demand, and with COVID there were additional wait times. “They said they knew the radius measurement of my hot tub and so I ordered the cover. The cover doesn't fit. Have tried contacting the company by phone and email, no reply or call back in 2 months. “Do your research before ordering from Hot Tub Covers Canada. I re-ordered a skin for my cover that I ordered 4 years ago in light grey. I ordered the exact same cover. When I received the cover it was medium/dark grey. I understand colours fade, but my original cover was never this dark.
